7-day refunds, no questions asked

If a meal plan isn't right for you, request a refund within 7 days of purchase and we'll return your money. You don't need to explain why.

How to request one

Email support@indulgi.app with the email address you used to purchase and the name of the plan. We'll process it within a few business days.

What happens to your access

When a refund is issued, access to that plan is removed from your account.

Abuse

We reserve the right to decline a refund, or to decline future service, where we identify a pattern of repeated refunds or misuse of this policy. Meal plans are digital content delivered immediately, and this policy exists to make buying feel safe — not to allow content to be taken for free.

Creators

When a buyer is refunded, the corresponding creator earnings for that sale are reversed.
